Prospect Heights Townhouse

Gut Renovation

The 19th Century townhouse, located just off Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights, underwent a full, gut-renovation in 2017. Hatchet’s craftspeople removed the original carpentry and staircases for repairs and modifications, returning the decorative elements back into the renovated space.  Restored features include walnut pocket doors, decorative window and door surrounds, and fireplaces throughout the home.

Styling of the space by textile company Cold Picnic and Furniture / Lighting studio Coil + Drift. Restoration and cabinetry by Good Dog Rosie.
